"I have found Boot Camp to be very rewarding, and a good way to release stress from everyday life. Danielle has really taught me to push myself harder than I thought I could in class, and have fun doing it. When I started going last fall I started to lose weight from changing my eating habits I started feeling better about myself, however I Felt that I needed to get some kind of exercise in my life and that is when I heard about boot camp, and started attending class. WOW, the way I felt after the 1st class was awesome; I was hooked and still am!  I like the way things get switched up from 1 class to the next, I also like the way I feel after class, (energized and ready to go). I have become more flexible, relaxed and I have more energy to get things done at work and home. I have also been able to stay more focused on things that requires more attention because of the relaxed atmosphere that boot camp has helped me create. Boot camp has also helped me to become more positive in life, and it has also helped me get confidence to start running again after many years of not running. One last thing, I have lost 20lbs. since I started going to boot camp. Once again thank you Danielle for everything:-) "

"I have always wanted to go to an intense fitness class like the Boot Camp.  It is a tough workout but I like that the instructor always give modifications for each exercise. For myself, my knees are not as strong as they used to be, so I need to be careful and this class is perfect for that. I have learned to push myself physically more than ever. When I came to the first class I could barely do 10 pushups, and now I can do 10 or more several times within the hours of class. It is never boring because the instructor puts a lot of effort in coming up with new ways to torture us!  It is only one hour out of the 24 we are given in a day and it goes by quickly.  It is good, sweaty fun and the fellowship is, too. I think the best part is that there are men and women, young and old, and absolutely no pressure to perform or look perfect.  It kind of feels like just working out in your living room at home, and we all know that is not usually as successful as committing to a class. I would recommend this class to anyone!"

"I have attended boot camp for almost two years now and the results have been amazing. I went from being able to do one push-up on my toes to being able to do several different kinds of push-ups all on my toes without stopping (one of the kinds being clapping pushups). My endurance has quadrupled as well as my energy level. It is a great way to work off stress and hang out with like minded people with similar goals."
